So it's ok to play a game in KC with a windchill of -30 and fans are told to cover every inch of skin because of frostbite....and what about the players?

There are no NHL games scheduled in Buffalo for Sunday.

There never were? Not sure if it got rescheduled or not. If it did get rescheduled, it was BEFORE the NFL announced their own rescheduling.

Sabres played at home on Saturday before the weather moved in.

And are next scheduled to play on Monday. After the weather is over.

I think the NHL CBA says that there has to be 22 hours between games. So I suspect the Monday morning game is NOT a rescheduled Sunday game.

But, either way, no one is playing NHL hockey in Buffalo on Sunday.

FWiW, both the Pens and Sabres were always scheduled to play Monday - not Sunday.

Both teams have subsequently moved their Monday start times up to avoid overlapping with the rescheduled Bills-Steelers game.

It's currently white out conditions in Buffalo. The team is supposed to land there at 4 pm. Has anyone heard if they actually took off from Pittsburgh yet?
