Those are hillbilly yankees that live north of the Mason-Dixon Line. Real rednecks live along the I-10 corridor from Texas to Jacksonville, FL. You will also find them up into Georgia and Tennessee, not to mention down through the middle of Florida away from both coasts.
There isn't enough sun in Pennsylvania to get a tan let alone get a burn. They listen to country music, drink cheap swill beer and drive broken down pickup trucks with loud pipes. Most of them live in trailers and need to exercise.
