Aaron Donald showed us all the solution: throw the QB to the ground.
Really though, no body-weight involved. No hitting the helmet and/or the knees. Just pick up the QB... and throw him.

Noah Fant (Iowa) is highly regarded in the sports media. I really like him in the passing game, but I'm not all that impressed with him as a run blocker.
