What are the thoughts on Hargrave starting ahead of Tuitt in 2DL sets? Or getting closer to 50/50 snaps anyway?

I have no idea how to do it, but good things happen when Hargrave plays on passing downs.
I think I read somewhere that both players had higher rates of pressures than Heyward.
I love Hargrave. He is a disrupter and has natural pass rush ability. They need to get him on the field on passing downs more this year. They seemed to figure that out later in the year last season.
Javon's stats since his draft in 2016:

Stephon's stats since his draft in 2014:

Cam's stats since his draft in 2011:

1st 3 seasons of career comparison looks like this:
Cam - 48 games, 12 TFLs, 7.5 sacks, 20 QB hits
Stephon - 32 games, 17 TFLs, 11.5 sacks, 30 QB hits
Javon - 47 games, 15 TFLs, 10.5 sacks, 16 QB hits
I honestly don't know why we don't have all 3 of these guys on the field together more. Bring these guys with TJ and there's a good chance somebody's hitting the QB or getting a TFL on a RB every play.
BTW, TJ in 2 seasons has: 31 games, 22 TFLs, 20 sacks, 34 QB hits.
Tuitt is quietly really good. He’s never reached the level I had once expected (All Pro), but he’s a very good DE.
That said, when Hargrave is on the field, good things happen. It passes the “eye test”.

This thread title so much makes me think......"Ditka vs. a Hurricane, who wins?"
