    2. Trading the 17th pick of the 1990 draft to Dallas so that THEY could draft Emmitt Smith
    3. Making Kordell Stewart a QB and then signing him to a 5 year / $25 Million dollar deal.
    4. Not taking Franco Harris and Rocky Bleier out of the game earlier in the rout over Baltimore in the 1976 Divisional Playoff game.
    5. Kicking the FG late in the AFC Championship Game instead of going for it on 4th down

    7. Jerome not wrapping up the football at the end of the 2005 Divisional Round game against the Colts
    8. Giving Barry Foster too many carries during the 1992 season. Wore his body town too much. He was never the same.

    10. Allowing Chan Gailey to leave after the 1997 season.

Wow, I can't argue with a single thing anyone has said. The only one I can think of off the top of my head is making Arians the OC ... sorry, someone had to say it.

Passing on Jim Brown in the '57 draft and taking Len Dawson instead, only to release Dawson a couple of years later.

allowing kordell to be the starting QB. it was a funny joke in 97, but to continue it was sheer lunacy.

another bonehead move by the FO was failing to draft marino.
