Think Starks will get a call?

Not only does Scott go down with an injury, but so does Gilbert.

That's two injuries in the same position. That sucks.

Tomlin says neither are major so it looks like we dodged a bullet.

Hope so! I thought Scott's looked pretty bad when I first saw it.

    From Marcus Gilbert's Twitter:

"Gonna be fine! Nothing major. Just sucks I couldn't be out there longer."

Nope - don't think Max is going to get a call. It appears both Scott and Gilbert are going to be fine, thank goodness.

It looked like Hills moved over to LT after Gilbert went down. I think Hills will actually make the team as the backup LT.

Please dont call Max Starks!!! What next, Carey Davis gets a call?!?!?

Great news that both guys will be fine and able to return. Healthy bodies is our #1 priority right now before Sept. 11th and knowing they will be back anchoring the line gives me a sigh of relief.

Gilbert was real good last night. If he keeps that up we'll forget about Starks real quick. Also impressed with Tony Hills...

More like a call from Sweed...to go drown their collective sorrow at the local watering hole.

That's what I was thinking. He should have known better than to buy that Casey Hampton cook book - 'Food to give you grown ass man strength'........which, by the way, works just fine for Casey - not so much for others.

Heh, when I saw that RB, Saunders I think, wearing #44 ... for a minute I thought we'd re-signed Najeh Davenport again. I wouldn't have been surprised either. That guy was like the drunk who won't leave the party.

well, not like I was paying very close attention by that point. Drinking is more fun than the second half of preseason games anyway.
