When Gale Sayers scored 6 touchdowns in a game (at least one was a kickoff...if I'm not mistaken) the kicks were from the same place as they are now, so it's not impossible. Just sayin'
I'm not saying its a bad thing but there will definitely be less kickoff chances because of it. There were a lot of touchbacks before it got moved up.

I have no probelm with it.
So Here are my thoughts.
1. Ravens look like shit on Offense. And the front 7 is doing fine but anything beyond that and theyre vulnerable. Mike Vick threw at them at will. Still early but worth noting.
2. Eagles are utilizing the talent they signed , cant say much since time will tell when if theyre getting their moneys worth.
3. Jaguars- ZZZZzzzzZZZZ
4. Cowboys ae still a bunch of frauds in pretty uniforms at this time, Broncos obviously made the right choice after that Pick thrown by Tebow regardless if there was a flag or not.
5. Seachickens already got their LT hurt and had to get carted off . And their running game isnt looking bad but then again theyre playing against the Chargers . I hate Phillup I can care less about him and his massively underachieving talented team.
Aside from that in General, kickoffs would take time to adjust. The Pre snap penalties are a problem, a lot of offside penalties. Everybody is running so stiff. And the new rule that Every score gets reviewed is a great plus to coaches, that way they dont risk wasting timeouts from ref mistakes.
They were just talking about why I don't like it much on ESPN. It is taking away something exciting and they just showed that between '93 and '94 when they moved it back to the 30, there was a 7% touchback rate. Before that season when it was the 35 (where it is now) 27%.
I'm sure legs are stronger now so it'll probably increase just like I said.
Overall though it isn't that big a deal.
