Now fans, Wimbley, who after having 11 sacks as a rookie in Cleveland in 2006, went on to average 5 sacks over the next 3 seasons as a Brown. Now in 2010, Wimbley went on to have 9 Sacks, on 44 tackles, no Interceptions and no forced fumbles. And he gets 48 million over 5 years with 29 million guaranteed ? Now we have Woodley here, who after his rookie season where he did not start, and got 4 sacks, has had three straight seasons of double-digit sack seasons, this past season adding 2 Interceptions, 1 for a TD and 4 forced fumbles. Now, how will the Wimbley re-signing effect us in
re-signing Woodley ? I mean if Wimbley gets almost 10 million a year for the next 5 years on average with 29 million of that Guaranteed,,,what do you think Woodley's agent will want ?
I hope this isn't a problem for us.
