    Virtual real estate.

    For sale:

    One Steelers message board.
    Located in a nice quiet cul-de-sac just off the information super highway. It is a peaceful neighborhood, with only the occasional visit from former tenants.

    No longer very populated, this message board could easily be rezoned for a different use.

    This property recently changed hands in a private sale for $23,000.

    Very motivated seller, currently suffering from buyer's remorse.
