Pittsburgh Steelers 2011 Rookie Icebreaker: Chris Carter

With their fifth round pick, number 162 overall, the Pittsburgh Steelers added a position that is pretty much a lock in every draft they will have – linebacker. The lucky man that gets a shot at making the team with some of the best in the business at the position and staff is Chris Carter from Fresno State.

Carter is an athletic outside linebacker prospect, who played defensive end in college and didn’t have the size to play on the ground in a traditional 4-3 defensive front at the professional level.
