Is anyone here a bowler?

I'm a avid bowler and, I was checking to see who else bowls alot? Thats why my screen name is what it is. lol

Not presently due to health issues, but I bowled for over 35 years. I finished with a 173 average and was in multiple tournaments (and won a few) over the years. I really miss it.

What was everyone's high game and series? My all time high game was 272 and series was 669.

Sorry that you are not able to bowl at this time but that's real good. Nice to talk to someone that bowled for so long. I have been bowling for 29 years. I have been really blessed at bowling and, I have shot 28 300 games and, my high series is 858. I was a Pba menber for 15 years. I did drop my pba membership over a year ago due to the econmy but, I still enjoy the game.

That is freakin' awesome striker! I never got to 300, but getting to within 28 of the perfect score as pretty much an amateur is good enough for me!

I have been a league bowler for about 5 years now and absolutely love the game ! That's one thing that's gonna be hard to give up.

I bowl in a league currently. I've got a 158 average (up from 137 when I first started this year). Had a good friend give me one of his old balls (it was less than a year old), to help get me started this year.

I enjoy it but my highest is only 174. Haven't bowled in awhile I wanna break the 200 mark.

I used to bowl quite frequently. I still own a ball and pair of shoes. My personal high is 229 (how it ended up in my username was actually a dig at my brother, who was a better bowler than me but never broke 200.) At one point, my average was probably in the 160's, but I haven't bowled since my second date with the woman who is now my wife.
