Under the new rules it is considered roughing the passer. The rule states: If a defender touches Peyton Manning or Tom Brady after they have gotten rid of the ball, it is roughing the passer.
No touching of Manning or Brady's skirt please.
If Ass Chin's or Manning's tushes even brush the ground, the opposing D is flagged. Ben, on the other hand, can have his nose busted, punched in the face and horse collared and the refs accidentally on purpose don't see it.
