    Steelers: Terms pending on mayoral bet

    Imagine New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg standing at the top of the Statue of Liberty, wearing a Steelers jersey and waving a Terrible Towel.

    It could happen.

    In what may be the cities' only act of cooperation this week, Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl and Mr. Bloomberg made a joint appeal Tuesday for the public's help setting terms for the traditional playoff-game wager.

    The Steelers and the Jets play at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Heinz Field. The winner goes to the Super Bowl.

    Saturday, with the Steelers' triumph against the Ravens, Mr. Ravenstahl won a tray of crab cakes from Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake............

    Bloomberg is about 2'5" so you couldn't see him at the top.
