Think the Bungals will pick up another Heisman trophy winner in the draft??

    Let's hope so.

Remember a few years ago, when there was actually a debate over who was better, BR or CP?

Seriously, he hasn't been the same since he missed all that time with the weird nerve injury. I got no love lost for the Bengals, but for the guy himself, it would have been good to see him at top form for longer.

Carson Palmer and franchise, should only be mentioned together in the same sentence if the franchise in question is chick fila.

On the last play of the game (punt that went out of bounds). There was a scrum that started immediately and a ton of bodies involved, but it washed over literally in half a minute. No big deal really.

At one point he was, but now he is a shell of his former self. He won't be a Bengal next year. If he wants to win a ring, he could become the Steelers third stringer for vet minimum.

palmer is still a good QB. the steelers' fans on this MB say manning and brady suck too, but then go one to say how great dixon is...lol.

palmer would be better if he didn't have owens and johnson as WRs. do you think he likes hearing them complain about every pass thrown?

As much as I hate to say it, Brady and Manning are excellent QBs that I love to hate. T.O. and Ochostinko aren't the ones throwing pick-sixes, though. Palmer was a good QB that has fizzled out from injuries, IMHO.

    1) Hell no

    2) Mmmm yes, but I think most of us are obviously just expressing hate for Brady and Manning, not actually referencing their ability to play.

    3) Idk, a lot of people on this board think we should just trade him or let him go when the time comes.

    4) Yeah, we're all sure Palmer would be so much better without his 2 primary targets.

Palmer has become a Tommy Maddox, he stares down his receivers and defenders jump the routes. He's toast.

One of the guys on the post game show on espn I think, threw palmer to the dogs. Flat out said "he was supposed to be a franchise guy and hasnt been that"

I agree with that. Palmer is the most over rated, over hyped, qbs in the game today. Hes had an endless supply of weapons, and has never won a playoff game. He is done, but he'll look just fine in a Cardinals uniform next season.

    Re: Carson Palmer=Franchise quarteback

Palmer is done. Manning actually is sucking these past few games but he and Marsha don't F up like Palmer does every year. As far as TOcho, that is Marvin Lewis and the Bengals owners' fault for putting up with these divas.
