I believe it because if you suffer a concussion you have to remain out for the rest of that game, but by the looks of it he will be ready for next week.

I figured it was a concussion when I first saw it, I thought they called it a "neck injury" to get around the concussion rule.
I just started this thread because this is the first official word I have heard saying it actually was a concussion.
