Steelers coach Mike Tomlin has one of the easiest jobs in the NFL.
Coaching millionaires is always a challenge in professional sports. But keeping players motivated who earn more money than the coach and also have two Super Bowl rings is the ultimate challenge.
Tomlin has no such worries. His team is self-motivated.
In fact, the core leadership isn't much different from when Tomlin took over in 2007. Players such as James Farrior, Aaron Smith and Ike Taylor on defense maintain a strong locker room presence. On offense, Ben Roethlisberger and Hines Ward remain in charge.
That's why the Miami Dolphins are in trouble today.
The Dolphins catch the Steelers coming off a stressful week that would be emotionally draining for most teams. Not the Steelers, who thrive on adversity..............
