Eddie Faulkner IV ... interesting , Coach was able to get his kid in for a look
Kenny Pickett is who I though he was .. Eagles didn't value him either , now he is a Stain at the Mistake by the Lake 3 teams in 4 years more of a shooting star than a superstar
Two intriguing try-out rookies
Gareth Williams, OT, Lindenwood
Thomas Perry, OG, Middlebury
Trey Sermon also trying out as a vet. I could see them signing him.
Nice to hear these young men (Howard, Johnson & Sawyer) share their hopes and dreams for the team. And for once, a break from the Olympic level pissing contests this site has turned into.

He was explaining to Harmon that they play 1-gap, then he has half of a man, which means that you strike armpit and sternum with hands. If he is head up and has 2-gap responsibility then he needs to strike even. Dunbar revferences playing a " 4i " then he has half the man and is 1-gap. A 4i Technnique means that he lines up inside shade of the OT.
That is why that strike sled they are using inside, head up and outside has simulated armpit areas for them to strike. Its fundamental stuff, but I think Dunbar is trying to impress upon them that they can find themselves playing 1-gap or 2-gap technique in the defense.
There is so much technique on the O line and D line which many fans dont see. Its the difference between owning your gap responsibility or not.
