Howard Ewers or McCord will be drafted to be a safe long term backup with the slight possibility of being a full time starter. This is what a QB drafted after 4th round is destined for. Keep your expectations under control.

I fully expect the Steelers next year to draft a QB in round 1

He's a really solid player on the edge. He's a physical guy that will be strong at the point of attack. He isn't an athletic freak, but he has a tremendous motor and is a very good player that came up big in big moments for Ohio St.

This is a solid pick. Fans are going to really like the way he plays the game.

makes no sense. Dillon Gabriel will be completely overshadowed and so they wasted a 3rd round pick on him or they just wasted a 5th rounder on Sanders. Or wasted picks trading for Pickett.

My guess is that Sanders signaled to them that he doesn’t want to play there and now Cleveland said “too bad - you have to play here … until we get the satisfaction of cutting you.”
