Yes, Reid, Belichick, and Noll all did great when they had great QB's. BUT NONE OF THOSE QB'S WERE "GREAT" WHEN THEY FIRST GOT THEM !!! Both Brady and Mahomes sat on the bench their first year, and Bradshaw didn't really figure things out until the middle of his 5th year in the league. In order for those "great" QB's to BECOME great, THEY HAD TO BE DEVELOPED. The difference between Tomlin and these other three coaches is that when these other three coaches finally got a hold of "the right guy", THEY KNEW WHAT TO DO WITH HIM !!! Tomlin doesn't. Even if the Steeler scouting department does a great job and somehow gets us the next "great" QB, it won't matter because Tomlin will find a way to screw him up.
