What are you looking for in a new staff?

I'd hire a "culture builder" over ascheme guy. Basically Im looking for another Ciwher or Tomlin.

My checklist:
Young
Not tied to a specific scheme
Willingness to hire innovative and unproven assistant cosches
Clear vision for how to solve the QB position. Including trading existing players and picks to drive a goal oriented rebuild.

Not much of a specific list but it's how I'd guide my search.
