Esezi Otomewo, FA signed from Minnesota. Wears #9 in this highlight film. Watch the hand work and the leg drive with his body lean. This is close to textbook run defense for DL.

I had not heard of this player but I don't watch much Gopher football either. At the end of the film are a couple reps where he beats Zach Frazier.

More thoughts on Logan Lee....

The last listing has him at 6'5" and about 280LBs. That is his combine measurements I think. At Iowa he played 0T-3T at that size. For the NFL he will obviously need to put on mass to play the same role. Talking about 'good weight' only, if he can get into the 295-305 range, should be more than enough.(Benton is already around 310) He put up 25 on the bench so good upper body strength already. He has a 7.16-3cone so shows good footwork.

I'm looking forward to seeing Lee this season and specifically reps with him and Benton both on the field together. Add in the wildcard of Otomewo, who I really like the film on, we have a pretty good crop of young DL.
