Theyre going to have to find a franchise Qb and a solid WR group. (we had that from 2011-2018 including a good defense, not much playoff success under this coaches guidance but they were fun to watch at least). Then they need to think about rebuilding the defense cause their stars are getting up there. Finally of course a new coaching staff. This last year was their small window. Next year even less so. But i think were seeing the beginning of the end of the Tomlin era. Started off great but ended with a long slow fizzle.
