Depends on who you ask. But QBs don't really fall into that as much as other positions. The stat that was put out in a different thread shows why. Between Stafford and Mahomes there were 43QBs drafted in the 1st round. Only Mahomes and Stafford have lead their team to the SB. I guess you can put KP on that list now. But the point is, if you need aQB, you draft a QB.

The team will need to move up if they are trying to draft a real starting QB. If they cannot do that the Steelers may need to give a FA deal to the "My Pillow" guy.
