I like that we are aggressive on defense but somebody has to cover screen passes. We play teams like the Chiefs with good QB's they are going to kill us.

Exactly. He's going against zone, and there's a hole in the endzone about 20 yards across. Instead of stopping in the middle of the zone for an easy TD, he continues to run into coverage. Wilson threw it to where Jefferson should have stopped in the hole in the zone for a gimme TD.
Play works every single time except when Harbaugh runs it.
