Conner Heyward has been making a lot of mistakes. I don't think he should be playing as much as he has been.
The Raiders are just attacking this offense on first and second down. They need to throw the ball to hurt this defense and make them stop.

The Raiders will not stop outnumbering the blockers at the point of attack until the Steelers show they can hurt them with the passing game. It's that simple.
When the defense has more defenders at the line of scrimmage than you have blockers, it could be a long day trying to run the ball. They need to open up the offense and see what Fields is able to do. Give him some space to work with and it will also help him use his athleticism.
