Way too early 2025 mock draft
RD1- Ashton Jeanty RB Boise State
Best running back in college football. Harris is all but gone, Warren is a stud number 2 but not sure he’s a bell cow feature back. I think Jeanty and Warren gives us a big play running game. Something Harris is not.
RD2- Tre Harris WR Ole Miss
Big bodied receiver who has decent wheels. Should make a good X receiver.
RD3- Garrett Nussmeier QB LSU
Best arm talent in college football. Has a great compact delivery that’s so quick. And has the arm to make all the throws. I feel we bring Fields back just not for a huge contract. Starter money but nothing crazy in guaranteed money.
RD4- TJ Sanders DL South Carolina
Active defensive lineman who uses his hands well. Should develop into a starter.
RD5a- Xavier Truss OT Georgia
I feel Dan Moore leaves and Jones moves to his natural position at LT. Our 2024 first round pick has knee injury concerns and this pick gives us depth,
RD5b- Jabbar Muhammad CB Oregon
Beanie is definitely a weak link on the defense. This gives us competition at the nickel position.
RD7a- Antwuan Powell Edge VT
we have decent depth but as we saw this year you can’t have too many edge players.
RD7b- Nick Nash WR San Diego State
Former Qb turned receiver and has had a lot of early success. I feel as a possession receiver he could be a huge asset with moving chains.
