Heroes, second half Fields.
Goats the rest of the team, especially the offenseive line and TJ for being a non factor against a rookie and Tomlin.

The offensive guards and Herbig and Leal seemed to be big reasons for some of the issues.
The guards seemed to get beat a ton. But it’s just so hard to tell on TV.
Herbig and Leal got run at a lot.
The lack of another WR is starting to cause issues.
No heroes in losses. Each unit took turns sucking today. Nice comeback, but it was an L.
Najee was just awful.....Patterson was able to run well behind this same o-line
Anyone else notice that Smith often has two pass routes running to the same spot? Either his design is bizarre or these geniuses can’t run it right.
Smith also needs to stop calling the same 4 obvious runs. His line isn’t good enough to just line up and blow guys off the ball. He’s got to get more creative.
Najee has poor vision. The o line doesn't help either but CP and Warren hit the holes better

Despite the refs dicking us every time they got the chance, they couldn't dick us harder than we dicked ourselves, in a surprisingly winnable game. Basically, our entire team took turns being goats, and yes I'm not acquitting Fields of any culpability for NOT simply falling on the football after self-fumbling, and even though he definitely re-secured the ball, he let the refs have an opportunity to make a bad call, which they'd been doing on a consistent basis thus far.
Game ball goes to Najee Harris, who in my mind made the fewest, and least severe, amount of mistakes in a very hard-nosed effort, especially after Patterson went down.

I noticed all of that as well.Originally Posted by Mojouw;[emoji[emoji[emoji638
They need WR help…no doubt. But most of all, they need the O-Line to block. There’s talent there but something is off. There were a whole lot of unblocked rushers on Fields today. Had that been Wilson or Kenny back there, they’d have been even more screwed than they already were.
Patchwork OL fixing holes on the go, lost the turnover battle, 53 yards in penalties, defense gave up big play after big play, on the road. We had more 1st downs, more total yards, and more yards per play. This loss was not on the offense.
Losing Herbig was HUGE. Losing Daniels was big. Falling behind early and not being able to run the ball at all made this game almost impossible. Great job by Smith and Fields getting us back into the game. We were down only 3 with 3:40 left to play.
Game balls get deflated in a loss. I do walk away from this knowing that Tomlin coached teams never give up, again. Arthur Smith was a great hire for this season. Justin Fields has shown he CAN put the offense on his shoulders when called upon.
Just came up short today.
Whatever you would offer Munchak, I would offer him double! Won’t get an argument from me!
I can only think that there are things that they aren’t seeing as a group and that would have to do with coaching IMO. Or they just aren’t smart…
Daniels spotted in a walking boot and crutches after the game. I wouldn't count on him playing too quickly.

How many of those yards were on that hot BS call on Fitzpatrick? That was one of the worst calls I have seen in some time. It is POSSIBLE that without that call....we are all having a different discussion right now.
Thats seemed to be his problem since coming into the league. Got to open up holes for him and tell him where they will be. Doesnt seem like he can shift direction very well if the primary isn't there. Never liked the Najee pick in the first round - hes strong, can bust a few tackles in College,
Forgot to say our poor performance was also despite the Colts QB being a total idiot about running the ball while fumbling and getting himself hurt on the same play, along with the Colts coaching being stupid enough to put him back into the game so he could get hurt more. In fact, I'd say the Colts coaching was terrible in general, giving us many opportunities to win this game, while somehow mismanaging the clock worse than Tomlin. No excuses today.

Game ball to Justin Fields
Goats:
Najee he is painful to watch trying to hit the hole. So slow and no vision. I'll be so glad when he's gone next year.
TJ for being a non factor.
Frazier for his snap that likely cost the game.
The whole team in the first quarter.
The whole defense for the whole game.
This is one they should have won but lost.
3 touchdowns, over 400 yards. Lost pretty. It's much better to win ugly. These types of games will happen 2-3 times a year.

Game Balls:
None.
HM:
Fields.
Second half offense (at times, hence HM).
Goats:
First half defense.
First half offense.
This was a team loss today. The defense cannot come out and let a team walk down the field and put up 14 points on the first two drives.
Despite committing few penalties (maybe 1 all day) the O-line was terrible, allowing Najee to become engulfed by defenders almost immediately after the hand-off, which led to to his 13 attempts for 19 yards of rushing. However, he was 3rd in team receiving yards, with 3 grabs for 54 yards, averaging 18 YPC, ahead of Pickens (16.14) and Freiermuth (11.4), and with a long catch of 32 yards! So really, everyone calling Najee out are the ones needing glasses, and perhaps some mental exercises for improved memory skills.
