Watt is bigger, faster, probably not stronger. Watt is the better player and it's not close. Watt has excelled from Day One. Harrison had a big impact in a couple games for a period of time. Best play in Super Bowl History. Harrison was dominant from 2007-2010? 11?. So 5-Years. Watt has not, NOT been dominant from Day One.

BTW, I saw Cole and Ham play not Russell. However, from what I have read, and saw in replay, Russell had a legit argument for Hall of Fame induction
From what I’ve read, they were all truly excellent.
I just wanted to be clear I wasn’t trying to short change any of those dudes.
It really is an amazing tradition of LB play. Likely only exceeded by the legacy at center.
Plus I didn’t even fit Hinkle and Chad Brown in. Both had at least one excellent season with the team.

There was quote in one the NFL films that Ham might have been actually better at his position than Lambert was at his. Of course, Ham never had the impact that Jack had. He didn't intimidate opposing QB's. Or fire up his own team like Lambert did. No real answer just interesting food for thought.

I liked Hinkle. Brown is interesting because much of his early success with the Steelers came from playing inside.
Ham was the most technically sound linebacker to ever dawn the black and gold and many claim he likely was the smartest too ... being at the right place at the right time is often because of your study habits and knowing what the other team is going to do before they do it based on down distance and formation and their tendencies ... Ham knew this and played exactly that way ...its difficult to make the flashy play when you are already in position to make the play , flashy plays come from being an athletic freak and getting a late start and still making the play .... Ham was just there waiting on the offense to catch up
Kenny Pickett is who I though he was .. Eagles didn't value him either , now he is a Stain at the Mistake by the Lake 3 teams in 4 years more of a shooting star than a superstar
