My biggest concern with giving Highsmith a big contract was his tendency to disappear. He's pretty much done that the entire second half of the season. They're getting very little pressure and Herbig has just outshined him again.

Said it before and I'll say it again - Highsmith becomes just a guy when Watt is out.
