Okay let's take a hard long look at Belichick's career shall we:
He was 29-39 in New England since Brady left. He won nothing in Cleveland as well, going 36-44. So essentially without Brady his overall coaching record is a dismal 65-83. Someone again please explain to me how he is a "genius" and the greatest coach of all time?
After sucking in Cleveland, he moved to New England in 2000 and the following year happened to luck into the best QB probably EVER to play this game drafting him as an after thought. Again let's not pretend it was Belichick's "genius" that found Brady. Brady was drafted dead last in that draft and probably the luckiest pick ever in any major sport.
If you gave Brady to Tomlin the past fifteen years he would be the genius and Belichick would probably still have a record under .500 or be retired long ago.
I'm so sick of the media slobbering over this guy. It took me all of 2 minutes to look up his career with and without Brady.
Tomlin wouldn't have had the brains to play Brady over Roethlisberger. Tomlin's a good guy but he isn't in Lombardi's, Belichick's, Saban's, class.

Seems kind of funny that the so called GOAT of coaches can’t find a job with all these openings. Maybe our buddy Tom could enlighten us?
I’m sure he’s interviewing and taking his time…If he has the opportunity to go to Buffalo or LA or Washington over Atlanta, I think that’d be worth the wait.
