Kenny Pickett is who I though he was .. Eagles didn't value him either , now he is a Stain at the Mistake by the Lake 3 teams in 4 years more of a shooting star than a superstar

Stay
I'm going to withhold judgement until I see how the rest of the season goes.
Go
I slightly lean stay.
Go and take any coach not named Danny Smith with you.
Folks - In all seriousness this is how it pans out:
1.) Tomlin "retires" after the season.
2.) Tomlin is extended near the end of this season or directly after it. This is the most likely scenario. No way he comes back as a lame duck.
GO
There are so many signs of a bad locker room. The organization has added more talent and upgraded the roster and the depth in general, but the team has gotten progressively worse over three seasons. The quarterback situation has been butchered. The OC, the offensive system, and the overall handling of the offense and quarterback is as bad as it gets in football. The team seems to quit in games. The coaching hires have been beyond bad. I don't think the players believe in the coaches anymore. They don't believe in what they are doing.
We see opponents laughing at and taunting the once mighty Steelers. I think it's time.
It's not all Tomlin's fault, but ultimately this all falls on him.
Not a great deal of reading comprehension or ability to follow instructions with our group.
We all must've been delights in kindergarten.

Problem with this scenario is now he is a Lame Duck Coach. You will guarantee that your staff hires are all going to be sub par wit this approach. No coach worth their salt will want to come to a team where they don't know if the coach will be here the year after, the QB situation is a mess and basically everything is just in flux and a stop gap.
You either extend Tomlin and move forward or you cut ties and start over with new staff. Anything else is pretty much asking for a throw away year. This really is a Huge Huge mess going forward.
For me its time for Tomlin to GO. Its just time for change.
