Goal every year should be playoffs and Superbowl. Just having a winning record and barely doing so doesn't cut it, but that seems to be they only worry about that.

I’ve been able to watch a bit of other teams today.

And the Steelers look basically exactly like the rest of the giant chunk of the league that has 5-7 losses.
