Hines Ward is going to be a great coach for these guys. I hope he teaches them his team first mentality.

I think it is tougher now, especially for the HCs. I'm not sure how it effects the position coaches overall. AZState moving to the Big12, I don't know if NIL is proportioned by the conference or if it's raised by each individual school.

Still, Hines is coaching WRs at AZState and I will probably pay more attention to them this season.

I've lived in AZ for 13 years and haven't been able to click with either state school. The vibe just isn't there. Go Irish!

I have a cousin and his wife that are both faculty at ASU.
