The problem is he was throwing the ball on the break and there was pressure in his face. Not an easy thing to see and adjust to in that situation. The ball is leaving his hand when both defenders are breaking.

It’s hard to see the open receivers when the line is collapsing in front if you. Can’t properly go through a progression.
