Look. It's almost never one thing or one person. There are contributing factors from many areas of play.

Pickett is missing gimme plays. He needs to play better. I don't want to hear about young or the offense, When a player is open for a 5 yard out or over the middle, put it on him. No excuses.

There is no imagination and there hasn't been much design creating opportunities for players. That's on Canada. Also, his play calling sucks ass, plus he keeps going out of his way to have little pet plays for guys like Gunner. That is half-assed at best. You design ways to get the ball to your stars.....not players that shouldn't be on a roster.

The offensive line has been a disaster. No way to sugar coat it. They have sucked to this point. So much for addition by subtraction.

Mike Tomlin has allowed this to happen under his stewardship. This isn't good enough.

That's why Pickett is throwing the ball so quickly and not going through his progressions. The O-Line has been terrible.
