Funny how my feelings change over time. When he was a stain I took pleasure when Baker failed. Even after he left, I was not a fan. Now I find myself rooting for him - as he fumbles in his own end. Sorry for the Jinx Baker.

The Tampa/Redskins game was the most competitive game this weekend. I'm so sick of hearing how great the Ravens looked by talking heads as well. The Steelers lined up and try to play 1993 football with run, run, pass and their defense looked lost. Do these talking heads really think Buffalo or KC is going to play the same style against the Ravens?

They have coaches that know how to actually put a nfl caliber game plan together.

You see players every week getting away with all kinds of grabbing and contact with no penalties called. The Broncos' Patrick Surtain basically grabbed and threw a receiver to the ground in the middle of the end zone that would have broken wide open for an easy touchdown pass but the officials "didn't see it".

I don't mind missed calls but between any two crews, it is like they're not even calling the same sport.

Flores and the Vikings D had no answer for a high caliber QB.

Darnold collapsed and O'Connell couldn't do anything to stop the tailspin. And it isn't like the Vikings should've been surprised about the Rams approach. They just spammed elements of the Lions plan from the previous week.

Are Flores and O'Connell still geniuses? Still coach of the year tier guys? Or are they terrible morons now? Maybe this whole QB thingakes a lot of coaches look both good and bad?

What could we possibly learn from this?

Both Rams and Lions defeated the Vikings earlier in the season. Also back to back.

Vikings will have 14 wins next year but will lose to an 8-9 team in the 1st round.

Anybody else see a blowout in Buffalo? I think the Ravens will destroy the Bills defense. I see this game being pretty much over in the 3rd.

I also think the Chiefs, who have been here before, rested for the past 2 weeks, are going to make it look easy against the Texans. I think this one is also a multi-score win.

The Rams at Eagles should stay close until late. I think the Eagles pull away 4th quarter and the score looks worse than the game actually was.

Can the Commanders upset the Lions? Campbell takes a lot of risks with his offense. I think if the Lions make mistakes and don't execute, the Commanders are just the team that can surprise them. I'll stick with the Lions to win, but this game could be the best of the bunch.

The Texans are really dominating this game. Missed kicks for -4 points and 70 yards in penalties. Otherwise they would be up right now.

What can't be stated enough is how much the Chiefs Defense has shown up through this run. They hold firm and give up little, and they don't get paid as much as the Steelers Defense has been.
