I would be glad to put some cash in to keep this site going….otherwise, I’m probably not joining another site. ( just me)I’ve seen two previous sites end……would like to keep this one going. We need someone to chase the trolls away.

I will be glad to be a moderator…….(I’m pretty sure no one wants that). But there it is. We’ve got several months to work on it, and I don’t know any of the logistics, but I’m here to the end.

I too would kick in a few bucks and would be willing to help moderate if needed (would rather not tho have done enough of that in the past) at the end of the day I hope something can be done to keep this place running and have proper moderation in place to take out the trash when needed

Thanks for that link. I hope he'll consider selling the site for the sake of all here and I'd still throw in some $$$ for that. Should it end up going offline you're all welcome on SX I'd love to get things more active again, including our FB page.

JB, I honestly hope that your site goes really really well!
. I understand and love the geography of this one. So I’m going to try to make this one carry on. OSMB was my first and I had great time with their mods. There are so many people on this site that I have formed relationships with….not willing to do that again. Too tough.

Understandable, especially if the geography is one of the factors. My board will be very different than all the others as the board I am launching this weekend is more modern. Most boards need tapatalk to function on mobile where as mines will not. Just know everyone is welcome, all the best and Here We Go!!!

I come and go since it’s start I think. In bursts. Canadian boy. But Steelers fan. Sorry to hear it is shutting. Lame. But ya, people in this day and age seldom donate time or money for things they embrace. Like everything has to be free? It’s crazy. I’ve never believed in that. And I donate regularly to various things I consume or utilize for joy based on another’s talents and/or efforts. It’s the way it should be.

so where was it that people got banned and taken for a ride, being accused is spam when not????? I want to avoid.

But I do hope someone volunteer to take over here. I think a banner with the needed funds and donations with a ticking clock towards closure could go a long way. And frankly time is money. This shouldn’t be huge. But to compensate mods by allowing them free use as tiny perk seems fair. The rest of us should donate to enjoy the experience of Steelers! In this Universe! Just my take on all this.

I like the look of it. Very clean and appears easier to navigate than some of the others from a cell phone. Still prefer the Tapatalk option for many of these message boards.
