I know it’s not against the starters, but there’s something about Pickett that screams poise. I really think we’ve got a special dude at QB. The rest of the league might be caught off guard.

I think Najee tried to get cute and run inside on that screen instead of just outrunning a slower defender to the outside. It probably wouldn’t have been a big gain but it would have at least been positive, plus he could have gone out of bounds.

I get that Najee doesn’t fear contact, but it’s the preseason. He’ll take enough hits when it counts.

I'm watching Green at center, and it really is sad. The errant snap notwithstanding, he doesn't look like he is lost playing the position. it seems like he knows who to block, and how to play the position. It really is just a physical thing. He just doesn't have of whatever it is to hold his ground, let alone move somebody.
