Kenny Pickett is who I though he was .. Eagles didn't value him either , now he is a Stain at the Mistake by the Lake 3 teams in 4 years more of a shooting star than a superstar
So we have an assistant for Canada and I didn't know we have 2 QB coaches. (1 QB coach and 1 Asst Qb Coach).

Looks a little like Canada's resume - all college for the past 9 years and bouncing around as an OC after 1-2 year stints.
So Canada needs help to call 3 plays ?
Looks like as the Falcons offensive assistant they were having divisional success and making the playoffs.
The question is, what's he going to be doing?
Just from a little investigating it looks like Glenn Thomas had success under Matt Rhule at both Temple and Baylor. But when Rhule took the job at Nebraska he went with Marcus Satterfield as OC. Satterfield was the other OC for those Temple and Baylor teams. We don’t know the conversations though.

I think it looks like a co-OC/QB coach type of guy.
One thing is for sure, he will now have stability since the Steelers never fire anyone.
Hey Matt Canada!

I don't think this has been posted yet. But if Thomas is here to do the things listed in the brief review....that would be great.
Biggest thing I want to see on offense in 2023 is routes being called/coached where receivers are NOT stopping their feet. That just drove me nuts the past several seasons...why hit DJ standing still instead of on the move? And if they run hitches to CAIII and don't try to hit someone with his speed on the move....I may have an aneurysm.
