At what price you would be ready to pay Sutton to keep him for the next few season?

$8M per year. 3yrs/$24M plus a nice signing bonus. He's one of the few DBs we drafted and got right.
23 CB make 10 millions per year right now....I think this is possible for Sutton...

I feel they need a 1, 2, Sutton, Wallace. I am not crazy about Witherspoon or Maulet and really want nothing to do with Pierre at this point. Maybe its just a bad scheme at times that put them out there to fail at times. I dont know what it is with this team anymore because they have talent there at a lot of positions but they either cap out or they are just set up to fail.
Yaks Spillane for instance. Wouldnt say hes pro bowl material but at times
He looks very solid for a back up LB sometimes like a serious NFL starter. Other times he looks lost. Is that scheme or just teams exploiting his weaknesses?
Formerly known as Fire Goodell
Sutton has been in the top ten in almost every analysts ranking system (e.g. PFF) all season. Give him three years, $51 million but, also draft Peezy, Jr.
Speaking of Porter, hes most likely a 18-24 range type of player, but with the connections to the Steelers, he will indeed be ranked as our TOP corner prospect. Other teams likely have Kelee Ringo as their top corner which bodes well for us landing Joeys kid.
pay him the 10 million per 3 years 32 million ...
worst case scenario you have a top 20 corner making top 20 corner money ...
best case scenario you have a top 10 corner making top 20 corner money ...
its a win win and if by some miracle Jackson and Spoon return in 2023 and both prove to be healthy and atop their game they could be the outside corners with Sutton moving inside where he is easily top 5 as a slot man and to have Wallace and Pierre as the #4 and 5 corners respectively that to me looks damn good on paper
Kenny Pickett is who I though he was .. Eagles didn't value him either , now he is a Stain at the Mistake by the Lake 3 teams in 4 years more of a shooting star than a superstar
I think the team should view like 20% of whatevers paid to Sutton as not have to play Maulet tax.
Its well worth paying.
got to give him credit for his INT though that was a hell of an effort .... personally having to chose between Dangerfield and Maulet for me its not close I take Dangerfield 10 times out of 10 ....
My logic is simple if you see the field less on def you are less likely to screw up and Dangerfield got less def snaps per year so its an easy choice plus he was actually really good on special teams and Maulet lays an egg there as well

Hope we can keep Edmunds
https://twitter.com/PFF_Steelers?ref...77951879790592Cameron Sutton has allowed a 50.7% completion percentage in his coverage in 2022.
That's the sixth best mark among CBs
Sutton is a better DesheA Townsend. Pay the dude.
Is Sutton a good player?
Can you get someone better in the draft or free agency?
You have to at least make every effort to get him re-signed. Didn’t we already choose to keep him over Hilton a couple years ago? Why would we not try to keep him now?
pay sutton period not break the bank money but enough he stays
For those i love i will sacrifice.
Si ventus non est, remiga
If we want to have a chance to compete against the bengals in our division one of the things we need 2-3 high level CB because of bengals depth of their wide receivers(they have 2 true elite WR with good depth behind them, plus a great QB)...I want to keep Sutton and we need to add 2 more good corners if possible!
I would be ready for 12 millions per year....
