The Titans have made a big lineup move of their own and have decided to start Joshua Dobbs at quarterback, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Pelissero reported.The decision to start Dobbs over rookie Malik Willis comes with eight Titans already declared out and Derrick Henry (hip) also not expected to play in a game that won't affect Tennessee's playoff chances.

Dobbs did ok considering they were up against Dallas. I think he's good enough to stick on an NFL roster as a backup. I have a feeling his real future will be in coaching though (if he wants it instead of working on spaceships and shit)

it took Dobbs all of what 5 days on the roster to unseat Malik Willis as the starter in place of Tannehill .... before anyone says it , Willis technically has more NFL in game experience than Dobbs ...

Titans are trying to walk a funny fine line here. Let's win playoff games now and develop for a higher ceiling future on offense at the same time. Kinda like what the Niners wanted to do. Interestingly it did not work for either team. At least this year.
