    Re: Heroes/Goats vs Panthers

Watching the game again. We definitely controlled the LOS……on both sides. Someone in the “game” thread said that the Steelers were the most undisciplined team in the NFL. My response is, “that is HAPPY HORSE SHIT”. I agree that what Allen did was one of the dumbest things I’ve seen in recent history, and had the potential to cost us the game, should Tomlin coach players…..”what ever you do don’t go in to the opponent’s huddle”. Really. As far DJ, Juju did that and got suspended and everyone cheered……and if undisciplined is the issue, just watch the end of the Pat’s game. That’s one of the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen in the NFL. Reminded me of Hardy Ball in the streets of Allentown……and the game was tied. So…..a global statement, “Steelers are the most undisciplined team in the NFL”, needs to be re-evaluated. If it comes down to penalties…..Steelers are in the middle of the pack.

Heroes: Offense in general and Trubisky who completed 17 of 22 and had 8+ yards per attempt. No major mistakes and he did not get thrown around like a rag doll or concussed as seems to happen to Pickett. I also liked his QB sneaks for ~ 4-5 yards.

Goats: Allen, Johnson, and I do agree with the comment about Tomlin running a very undisciplined ship. A friend of mine recently mentioned to me that he thought the Steelers had the worst coaching tree in the NFL.

your friend must read this forum as its been discussed lately a ton
Kenny Pickett is who I though he was .. Eagles didn't value him either , now he is a Stain at the Mistake by the Lake 3 teams in 4 years more of a shooting star than a superstar

Yeah, I love it when rookie RBs and WRs come in as enthusiastic blockers. It’s not only very helpful in an obvious practical way, it also gives a good sense of football character going forward.

I also love that Pickens seems to enjoy violent blocking. These kids are gamers who come strong with it. They feel like Pittsburgh Steelers to me.
