Consequences??? My opinion...no. If it was even said as advertised, you let men have their voice....especially if it was what the Coach WANTED badly to say anyway. I have called out my Boss(who happens to also be the Owner), aggressively, in front of staff for making stupid decisions that could affect them. It took a minute to heal, but our "team" is best of the best in our segment....nationally. He would do anything for me and likewise I for him. I think Canada came in with a level of arrogance(not sure why), and now maybe the best thing for his career is a public bitch slapping. Either he changes or he goes. Hopefully soon.

No offense but I would never want you as an employee. If you have a respect of your boss and vice versa you would talk to them first. Calling someone out in public is almost never cool.
