Head coach on the hot seat

Some HC are on the hot seat like Mike Ruhle in Carolina and even Hackett in Denver despite only 5 games!

I expected the Rhule firing. His tenure was horrendous.

It's also a good day to fire Canada!

Rhule will likely end up at Nebraska for another boatload of cash. Another example of a good college coach flopping in the NFL.

If I'm looking for a head coach, coaches in college are the last place I'd go to see... Outside of Pete Carroll, Jim Harbaugh and Jimmy Johnson, very few college coaches have succeeded in the NFL and too many have been a complete disaster

I think it just offsets the difference. He'd be crazy NOT to do what he loves just for money.

Perhaps…it’s a lot less headache though to collect your $800,000/month and hang out with your family.

So does Riveria bench Wentz, save draft capital and go with Sam Howell for the remainder of the season?

That guy is a two time loser. Not counting him leaving the Colts at the altar. Another Belichick protégé who flops.

    Who is the next?

Maybe Josh McDaniels if they don't win their next game against the colts with Jeff Saturday as head coach!

Payton would kill it with the Chargers. I’d love it if he came to AZ though.

It's hard to imagine not wanting the Chargers job.

Besides the gorgeous weather, he would be getting a loaded roster and a great QB. That would look good to anyone with choices.
