Total offensive collapse. It's one mistake after another from OL, QB, RB, and WR. Sprinkle in some suspect play calling or play design and it's a recipe for disaster.

That's precisely the greater issue. We know by now its the Mitch Trubisky experience. No margin for error. Every unit needs 100% perfection every single play or nothing happens.
Should be no brainer unless Tomlin happy with 3 points a half or how many offensive TDs in 4 games? It starts with QB. Putting in a new WR, RB or lineman does nothing, changing a QB is only thing that can make an impact. It can’t get worse.
