Harvin is dealing with hip discomfort ... not surprising, since we've probably punted about 50,000 times so far this season. That guy probably plays more snaps than some of our starters.

Harvin was a full participant in practice so hopefully we avoid Jordan Berry

Maybe we can blame the loss on Jordan Berry instead of Mitch Trubisky?

Does that include his patented 20-yard shanks at the worst possible times?

Yep. Because it wasn't enough that the Steelers lost their all-world LB to injury since he was forced to play Superman for them to be able to eek out the one game they've managed to win so far.

Good job again, Mitch. Really. (golf clap)

I guess many here have forgotten Josh Miller. He could boot one 70 or 5…..in the same game.

Yep, I remember Miller. That's pretty much Berry as well.

But do either of them reach Paul Ernster/Mitch Berger status?

I was at the game in Baltimore when Miller hit a 70 yarder, and a little later shanked one less than 15. After that one, he came over to Cowher, and we could read Cowher’s lips on the Jumbotron…….”WHAT THE F#*K WAS THAT”? I think just about everyone in the stadium cracked up.

Well, lately Harvin is that same, great punts and on shank a game it seems, usually late when we really need a good one.

Worse than Berger / Ernster? They're the worst I've ever witnessed, you could almost expect 20 yard shanks, at some point I was like might as well go for it every 4th down lol
