Watching the QB play this week and it’s not much better than Trubisky. I mean Wilson and Garropolo, the way they’ve played tonight, I’d rather have Trubisky...same play for less money.
Cousins looked terrible, Mahomes, nothing special, Allen, nothing great, Matt Ryan was Matt Ryan, Brady looked pedestrian. Lots of ordinary QB play running around Week 3.
Announcers in the Niners/Broncos game have been talking a lot about the different coverages teams have been playing that are frustrating offenses to the point that all teams have been having problems throwing deep this year.
That 49ers-Broncos game was one of the ugliest offensive performances I've seen in ... well, days, at least. Maybe even weeks. Niners just really wanted to give it away more.

It's a long season.
When it comes to Lamar Jackson it's not about figuring out how to stop it, it's more about being ABLE to stop it lol. Talent wise he's head and shoulders above the rest of the NFL, if he's clicking there's not much you can do. His only weakness really is he's not great at reading defenses, and his accuracy is inconsistent. He'll have some passes that will be like "holy shit!" and then some that are like "bruh what were you aiming at?"
