Pretty sure it was Bradshaw. IIRC, Bradshaw and Stabler (when he was still with the Raiders) were the only 2 QBs in the league that called their own plays even then ('70s).
Then Bill Walsh came along with the WCO and the whole "scripting the first 15 offensive plays of the game" deal.
on a full time basis Bradshaw ..... however Ben was the last to do it on a limited basis ( no huddle situations )
