Who was the last Steelers quarterback to call his own plays? Was it Bradshaw? Stoudt? Malone? Did Joe Walton call the plays for Bubby Brister? Thank you in advance.

Pretty sure it was Bradshaw. IIRC, Bradshaw and Stabler (when he was still with the Raiders) were the only 2 QBs in the league that called their own plays even then ('70s).

Then Bill Walsh came along with the WCO and the whole "scripting the first 15 offensive plays of the game" deal.

on a full time basis Bradshaw ..... however Ben was the last to do it on a limited basis ( no huddle situations )
Kenny Pickett is who I though he was .. Eagles didn't value him either , now he is a Stain at the Mistake by the Lake 3 teams in 4 years more of a shooting star than a superstar

The joke was always that Stabler studied the playbook by the light of the juke box. So instead of Omaha! Omaha!, maybe you get Credence! Credence! Fortunate Son on one! ?????
