Lots of star prospects in this game on offense and defense. Mainly posting this here for Sean Rhyan vs Drake Jackson matchup.

Rhyan plays LT at UCLA but from what I read on him he is likely to switch to RT.

A few years ago, the entire LSU O-line got drafted. Same for the Wolverines. Over the past two drafts, the Texas A&M O-line is well represented.
Now, it is the BC O-line.
We could draft each & every one of them.
Nick Ford OC #55 Utah....

With Jason Kelce's apparent retirement, a lot of draft sites have the Eagles targeting Tyler Linderbaum with one of their 3 1st round picks. I would love for the Steelers to draft Linderbaum but should he be gone I would look very closely at BC's Alec Lindstrom and/or Utah's Nick Ford. Probably round 2/3 selections. Some sites have them rounds 3-5 but I see the need for a Center gives them both higher value for the Steelers without 'reaching'.
I also have read scout sites putting Memphis's Dylan Parham as a Center prospect. Parham never played OC and is a bit undersized. I see the same situation as Green his rookie season with Parham. Maybe worse.
I really like Ed Ingram from LSU. I think an OL possibility of Moore-Dotson-JC/Green-Ingram-Penning/Raimann looks very enticing.
If taking OL at 20 and Linderbaum, Zion, and Penning are all 3 available.....who are you taking?
Nicholas Petit-Frere 6'5"-315lbs OT OSU

Back in August (before Kendrick showed that he couldn’t really handle the responsibilities at center), Kenyon was my target for our R1 pick. Dotson and him as the guards was my druthers. But, with Kendrick struggling, we need a C or a RT. Yes, Kendrick can indeed play RT, but if I’m drafting a RT, then give me Penning.
I know there has been talk on here, and maybe on a couple social media sites, but have the Steelers indicated they are planning to move Green to RG and shop for a Center? Just speculating here but what if they plan to keep Green at Center and draft RT and/or RG? This could definitely be the case with a more mobile OL and QB under Canada.
Anyone have thoughts on the repeated caution about the Iowa C that he can only play in a zone blocking scheme?
As far as I know (which is little) neither the Steelers or Canada runs zone blocking.
Does a potential lack of scheme fit shift the needle at all ?
As I have posted before, Zion Johnson is my choice inside. He is a G/C prospect from Boston College. Next probably Kenyon Green who is a G/T prospect from Texas A&M.
I also had a random thought on OT prospect Vederian Lowe from Illinois. He played with Kendrick Green so maybe a more natural tandem on the right side. ???
I am curious how you guys would rank your top5 Center prospects for this draft. How about a top5 for OCs and OTs? No explanation needed unless you just want to, what's your favorites, in order.
For me OC: (tough)
1. Zion Johnson
2. Tyler Linderbaum
3. Alec Lindstrom
4. Dylan Parham (never played center)
5. Nick Ford (didn't get combine invite)
For me OTs: (tougher)
1. Evan Neal (LT)
2. Ikem Ekwonu (LT)
3. Trevor Penning (RT)
4. Andrew Stueber (RT)
5. Sean Rhyan (RT)
It appears Tyler Linderbaum has fallen off a bit as a forum favorite in round1. Just for a quick snapshot go check out the DL article on the Homepage. There is a rep with a 6'5"-310lbs NT 0gap over Linderbaum, at 6'3"-291lbs. Linderbaum wins the snap with maintaining position and control over the larger man and ends with a takedown behind the ball carrier. Like I said, just a snapshot, but the skill Linderbaum brings to the Center position should not be dismissed, even with 31" arms.
I have seen Linderbaum falling to the Steelers in more and more mock draft simulations over the past couple weeks as well. I don't know if that equals a trend in algorithm or scouts-speak.

I think I still feel the same order at the OC position. Still tough. However, I need to put the OTs in different order.
1. Evan Neal(LT)
2. Ikem Ekwonu(LT)
3. Trevor Penning(RT)
4. Nicholas Petit-Frere(RT)
5. Sean Rhyan(RT)
Stueber doesn't drop all the way off, just going with the more athletic line-up for now.
Linderbaum is dropping. He’ll be there at 20… and some are saying he could be there at 52. I don’t buy that last part, but he could indeed drop to Day 2.
No one from the Steelers was at Penning’s pro day. Not even the area scout. I highly doubt that he’s the pick at 20.
Not taking anything away from Linderbaum at all but I would rather Zion Johnson fall to 20 and take a bigger and more versatile OL there. As of today though, I'm thinking pick 20 will be QB or OT. Tomlin ONLY has 4 offensive 1st round picks, 2 RBs and 2 OL. Odds say it will be a defensive pick, but I think it has to be QB or OL, and probably OT.
